Energos Winter

Currently positioned in Damietta, Egypt, Energos Winter is a floating storage and regasification unit supporting Egypt’s LNG import and gas supply infrastructure. Built by DSME and the second ever FSRU, the vessel features GTT No. 96-2 membrane containment technology and propane intermediate regasification systems capable of operating in both open and closed loop modes, with peak send-out of up to 650 mmscf/d. Powered by steam turbine propulsion, Energos Winter enhances reliability and flexibility within Egypt’s energy network.
